Just to add a bit of information here, There are two kinds of infection in the game; Wound Infection, and Zombie Infection, and the two have no relation to one another beyond being caused by injuries. You can get zombie infected without a wound becoming infected, and you can get a wound infection without getting the zombie infection.When it says infection on an injury, that just means the wound is infected and you need to take antibiotics and disinfect it.
