Old death blade used to be the highest at 40% now I think they all are 35%. Was the highest along with ice and life. These 3 were +40. Life, Ice, Death all used to be 40% and Fire, Myth used to be 35%, Storm used to be 30%, and Balance has always been 25% IIRC. All but balance got changed to 35% a while ago.
