I tested today and went the full 145. I had no dosage calc, no place in order, just straight SATA hell. I'm talking 50% or more of my test and it was back to back. The whole time I didn't even look where I was number wise (kept my anxiety low) but I could tell I had gone over 75 because of the time, I'm usually a very fast test taker when doing 75.
