The Blood Mushroom biome would have the Blood Bulb (Like Giant Fungi Bulb). There is one Blood Mushroom Biome in each world, and is hard to find. In each one is a bit taller mushroom, not as tall as the giant mushrooms, that when picked up, is called Strange Mushroom. When used, it spawns the Mushdoom, a special red mushroom boss.

While that is true, it will also check a lower precedence biome if the main one fails.
