Almost a year ago, I had to contact customer support due to my LR flashing the blue light after just 1 cycle and the bag was basically empty. I tried it all before contacting them; cleaning every inch of the sensors, changing the bags, moving the bags around, manually calibrating ...The robot is away from walls and perfectly level. There is nothing under the robot. It's filled to the line with normal clumping cat litter. I've tested with an empty drawer and full drawer, it makes no difference. I bought the original Litter robot about 6 years ago and it was life changing. I upgraded to the connect 3 about 4 years ago and it's been great up until this year. I was about to purchase a second unit (i have 3 cats,) but given this issue I'm tempted to try another globe-based option.
