The 300 page document is a study guide, albeit a very long one. I wouldn't recommend going through it with the intentions of learning from it. I think it's better utilized as a review sheet and to fill in the gaps Kaplan left out.The 300 page KA P/S doc is very good material to go over. I started reading 2-3 days before my MCAT, memorized everything on it, and got a 132. I did not do any other studying for that section. Highly recommend it.Switched to the 100 page doc because there were things on the 300 page doc that I had never seen mentioned anywhere in other MCAT resources. I also used the AAMC P/S content outline guide while studying the 100 page doc to make sure I wasn't missing anything important. Really helped my P/S score jump from a 126 to a 132.
