Sync 3 has been updated to the latest greatest version by my Ford Dealer. I have removed my phone from the Sync System and reinstalled the phone with the Sync System. I have doen a master reset of the Sync system and the problem still exists. Seems like an IOS issue because I did not have this issue until I upgraded to IOS 17.0 and newer.Restart the app afterwards, then select "Find New Apps" on SYNC. Ford is deep in sync problems and I haven't seen my 2011 F150 for 4 weeks now because they can't get the correct APIM (module). On Jan. 7 Ford replaced the APIM.
