The Island unfortunately has a Difficulty Value of 4.0 (at least on SP). Most other maps have a Difficulty Value of 5.0. So with DifficultyOffset of 1.0 by default the Island will go to max 120 (1.0 x 4.0 x 30 = 120), but if you set OverrideOfficialDifficulty to 5.0 you can get dinos to level 150 on the Island.DifficultyOffset is a multiplier applied to the official difficulty. Because of this, it is recommended to set the DifficultyOffset to 1.0 because it makes it easier to calculate the difficulty value you wish to use (the default value is 0.2, which makes it harder to calculate).
